Panel entitled "New World Order" from Thrace Businessmen Association

Thrace Businessmen Association organized a panel on "New World Order" at Arcadia Hotel in Komotini on Friday, January 13th.

Erol User participated as the speaker to the panel from Turkey. User ,who is also Deputy Chairman of the World Turkish Business Council (DTİK), assessed the economic situation of Greece in the context of world economy in his speech.

OUR AIM IS TO SEE EVERYONE AT A GOOD ECONOMIC LEVEL

The opening speech of the panel was delivered by DTİK Representative in Greece and Vice-Chairman of the Balkans Committee Levent Sadık Ahmet. "Our aim is to do business throughout Greece and Western Thrace within the framework of friendship, love and respect," business man Sadik Ahmet said. "We may all be influenced by the economical crisis. Here,its not enough when one is good, everyone should be good. Our goal is to see everybody  in good economic level. We have  to spend our energy here in good activities like other associations. "he concluded.

In addition, Levent Sadik Ahmet declared that  the businesswomen who would like to join the newly founded Thrace Businessmen Association will have a 50% discount as a participation fee.

"THE MOST IMPORTANT EVENT FOR  TRUMP IS THE MIDDLE EAST.THE MIDDLE EAST`S DESTINY IS  CLOSELY RELATED WITH TURKEY TIES "

In the second part of his talk, Dr. Erol User talked about the elections in the USA. User continued: "Trump won the elections, although he delivered splitting rhetoric on masses. He won the election by taking the votes of the middle age class. Trump was a big success against Hillary Clinton. Clinton's statist and status quo political approach was the reason of  her elections lose. The US is a system state. No one can change this system. Individuals can only make certain moves and directions, as long as the system allows them. The most important event for Trump is the Middle East. The Middle East`s destiny is closely related with Turkey ties. The relations with Turkey will be stronger. The President  Recep Tayyip Erdogan will give importance to these  ties as he is the strongest leader in the region. Firstly ISIS will be cleared. For PYD cleansing, this will be possible until the beginning of summer, with the cooperation of Russia and the approval of the United States. "

"YOU HAVE TO INFORM TURKISH BUSINESSMEN ABOUT  THE OPPORTUNITIES HERE. A LOGISTICS CENTER CAN BE ESTABLISHED  HERE ALSO. "

After making some observations about Turkey, Mr. User added: "Turkey's major roles. Turkey should appear as a secular, modular, libertarian Muslim democracy. As for the solution proposals, regional problems must be resolved like the Middle East ones. The income inequality should be corrected. Developed states must come together to create a new order. As President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, "The world is bigger than five." We must interlock with each other. We are from Turkey, you are from Komotini. We must carry out European synergy and our fertility. You have to inform the Turkish Businessmen about the opportunities of your region. For example, it can be established a logistics center here. It is necessary to make investments for the industry and to provide employment. We should stop jealousy among us. I drank a Turkish coffee in Komotini today so I will remember it for forty years” he concluded.

After the meeting, Businessman  Levent Sadik Ahmet and Turkey's Consul General in Komotini Dr. Ali Riza Akinci Erol presented a plaque to Mr. User.

At the end of the meeting, the panelists answered the participants' questions.
